RS 195-U

The sound quality is amazing and the headphones are really comfortable

My third generation of Sennheiser wireless headphones. Each generation has enabled me to hear better. And I mst say their customer service has always been professional and helpful.

The directions to hook these up are weak so I have not been able to use them. I went out and bought some different cables ( that should have come with them) yesterday so I will see if that helps. They should have a way to contact them for technical support to get these to work. If the new cables don’t solve it I will return them

I have miners disease and I only have 40% hearing in my left ear and 85% in my right ear, the RS 195-U allows me to adjust the volume from right to left which makes my TV watching experience great. Best headphones ever.
