HD 4.20S/4.30I/G/350BT EARPADS

It took hunting on the website to find these for my older HD440 headphones because Sennheiser uses multiple references: HD440, HD 440, HD 4 40, and HD 4.40.

That said, I ordered and successfully installed although the process is tedious to work the lip of the cover into the groove all the way around. I have some small pry triangles that worked as wedges to hold the lip in place. Exact match.

Credit due that these pads do not tear apart like Bose and Beats. After many years, the fake Protein Leather coating was flaking off. So good for another 12.

The quality of the replacement ear pads is in keeping with Sennheiser quality BUT getting the new ear pads on my headphones couldn’t be more difficult. Thus a 3 star review for this product. Next time my ear pads wear out I will just replace the headphones rather than go through such frustration again. Sennheiser has to come up with an easier way to replace the ear pads.

Good earpads, comfortable, feels like original. Saved me money over buying new headphones. That said, these were super difficult to put on - as one side slips on, the opposite side wants to slip off. Compared to another sennheiser earpad replacement these were at least 10x more difficult to do.

Delivery as expected, they look a little less deep than my old ones but that could just be what happens as they get older. Overall they still do exactly what they are meant to do so that's good.
